We love to spice things up in the kitchen. Inspired by the ever-growing range of talented chefs in our community, we’ve curated a range of exclusive, limited-edition menu items designed to surprise and delight.

We’re working with industry leaders who share our passion for amazing cooking and fresh, seasonal produce to put the Fresh Fitness Food stamp on their favourite recipes. Every dish will be tailored to fit your personal macros, so there’s absolutely no compromise on your nutrition.

Introducing Caspar

From Michelin Starred Restaurants to FFF HQ, Caspar brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Caspar Rose, Fresh Fitness Food CEO, is our first collaboration in this series. Chef Caspar’s passion for food and fresh produce began when he was young, watching his parents cook from their garden and seeing what fresh produce could do for the palate.

He trained in Michelin Starred kitchens and has had a professional career cooking in some of the top restaurants around the world. Chef Caspar loves variety in his cooking, constantly seeking inspiration from around the world.

You can expect some delicious menu items such as Brazilian Picante Beef with Feijoada and Slow Braised Lean Turkey Bolognese, using Mutti Tomatoes.
